What is MLS?
It is a microsurgical technique using a laryngoscope and microscope to operate on the vocal cords, often without external incisions.

Why does it happen?
Common causes include vocal cord nodules, cysts, polyps, or chronic voice strain. It helps restore normal voice and breathing.

Procedure:
Under general anaesthesia, Dr. Malhotra uses delicate microsurgical instruments to remove lesions while preserving healthy tissue. Post-surgery, patients are advised voice rest and speech therapy for optimal recovery.
